Delivery Information

Our standard leadtime for curtains, blinds, bedspreads, base valances & fabrics is 7 working days.  Although at any time the vast majority of fabrics are in stock and can be supplied within 7 working days, there may be a small number of fabrics that are out of stock. The stock status is always shown on the fabric details page. If we have a confirmed delivery date this will be shown and we will still be able to accept orders. Your curtains or blind will usually be delivered 7 working days after this date. If we do not have a confirmed delivery date the fabric will show as 'out of stock' and we will not be able to accept orders.

For chairs and headboards our standard leadtime is 3 weeks.  Please add 14 days to the dates shown above.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

N.B. These conditions apply to curtains, blinds, bedspreads, base valances & fabrics.  For headboards and chairs please add 14 days to the dates shown.

We will only deliver Products in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Delivery charges may apply in certain areas and we will advise you of any additional charges before you place your order at the checkout. Premium delivery may also be available depending on your location (details can be found at checkout).

After you have received the Process Confirmation, we will make all reasonable efforts to dispatch Products within 4 working days of the Process Confirmation. We will let you know as soon as practicable if we cannot deliver the Products within 7 working days of the Process Confirmation. If for any reason we cannot deliver the Products to you within 30 days then, if you require, we will reimburse you any money you have paid. We will make any reimbursement as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of you cancelling your order.

It may occur that an event outside our reasonable control prevents or delays us from processing your order, manufacturing the Products, delivering the Products or performing other obligations under this Contract. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as practicable. While this event subsists, we will not be liable to perform our obligations under this Contract.


Products are all made to order so can only be returned if faulty, or not made to the specification given. If you wish to arrange for goods to be returned, please contact customer services on 0333 777 8160. If the products are considered faulty by Next we will at our discretion either rectify the problem or offer a full refund and you will incur no return postage costs. If the returned goods are found not to be faulty a fee for carriage will be charged at £9.95 per order (to include collection and re-delivery).and the goods will be returned to you with no credit being made to your account or refund given.
